Our Team
How this desk is organised
There are no headshots below. Komodo Voluntourism is a working desk for event and campaign work, and this page sets out what each part of it is responsible for.
- Brief and scope. Writes down what is actually being asked for, and what the budget will and will not reach, before anything is promised.
- Supplier vetting. Checks the venue, the crew and the equipment behind each quotation instead of forwarding a brochure.
- Budget and payment. States the fee breakdown in writing and flags every cost that is a third party’s and not ours.
- On-the-day coordination. Runs the schedule, handles the changes weather forces, and reports what happened afterwards.
- Fact checking. Verifies venue rules, permit requirements and published prices before they appear on this site.
Why there are no names on this page
This page names no individuals. A stated qualification should survive being asked for proof; where ours would not, it is left out entirely. If it matters to you who is handling your file, ask. You will be told the name of the person on it and what they are responsible for, in writing, before you commit to anything.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Every rule, fee and timing on this site is traceable to an operator or an official document. If we could not confirm it, the page says so rather than presenting a guess in the same voice as a verified fact. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and it will be corrected on the page rather than quietly deleted.
